Do you create handmade, giftable items that you want to get in front of people? We'd love to have you at Rosenquist Fine Art for our annual Holiday Boutique! We will be transforming the art gallery to a boutique filled with beautiful unique gifts of all kinds.
Here are examples of items that have done well in our shop in the past (please note NO KITS, all handmade, please):

Jewelry
Small paintings
Small (framed) drawings
Screen prints
Clever t-shirt designs
Baskets
Wood Carving
Photography
Etchings
Hand Knit Wearables
Collage Art
Small Sculptures
Ceramics
Purses/Bags
Etc. !
Each artist will allowed to bring in up to 12 items in one category. For example, if you make jewelry and paintings, you can bring in up to 12 pieces of jewelry and up to 12 paintings.
Opening day of the Holiday Boutique will be Saturday, November 29th and it will coincide with the Shop Small South Milwaukee event taking place that day from 10am-4pm. The Holiday Boutique will remain up for holiday shoppers to enjoy until December 31, 2025. The gallery will retain our normal 30% commission on items sold OR we are willing to consider a wholesale purchase from the artist prior to the event. Payments will be made in a timely manner to artists after the event closes and sales reports can be run (normally two business days after the close of the event, but with the new year holiday, it'll be after January 5, 2026).
To apply, email rosenquistboutique@gmail.com with 2-3 samples of your work and put "holiday boutique" in the title of the email. Deadline to apply is October 31, 2025.

"PLAYLIST" a juried fine art group show featuring works inspired by songs. Each artist will submit a piece of art that was inspired by listening to a favorite song. We'll be creating a playlist based on the inspiration songs to enjoy during the opening of the exhibition. This event coincides with Gallery Night MKE and will be advertised as so.
1. Select a song that inspires your creativity/motivates you in some way
2. Create an artwork based on that song
3. Apply to be considered to this juried event
4. Upon acceptance, your song will be added to a gallery playlist that we'll enjoy the night of the opening alongside the artworks created
RULES:
Artwork must use a song as inspiration and have been created within the last two years.
We will consider all 2-D artworks as well as jewelry, ceramics, sculpture, fabric art, etc.
Artwork must be professionally matted/framed (for 2-d works). Canvas works must have painted edges or a frame. ALL 2-D ARTWORKS MUST BE WIRED and ready to hang.
Size: For 2-D works, please create works at least 8"x10" image area. We don't have a limit on how large the piece can be (within reason and depending on how many artists submit and are accepted to the exhibition).
EACH ARTIST CAN SUBMIT UP TO THREE PIECES TO BE CONSIDERED.
It's FREE to apply. Email photos of your works to rosenquistboutique@gmail.com before November 15, 2025 for consideration. Accepted artists will be notified before the end of November, 2025.
